The house sits second row in Garden City Beach, the quiet stretch of Murrells Inlet, South Carolina, where public beach access is directly across the street and the Garden City Pier is a half-mile stroll down the sand. Mornings start with coffee on the balcony and an ocean view. Afternoons happen in the backyard: a private heated saltwater pool with a kiddie pool for the little ones, eight loungers, and a palapa-shaded outdoor kitchen with a grill and seating for ten.
